AWS Cost Review
We go over your spend, account structure, Savings Plan coverage, and what you're running. If you can, send a Cost Explorer export ahead of time. By the end you'll know whether an assessment is worth doing. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

AWS Cost Assessment
Read-only access only. I analyze billing, usage, and resource configuration, then deliver a ranked savings plan: each finding, its dollar impact, the risk, and the effort to fix it. The plan is yours whether or not you hire me to implement it.

AWS Cost Implementation
I make the approved changes on your schedule, inside your change windows, and document before-and-after costs. Your assessment fee is credited toward implementation.
The 5 days start when read-only access is granted. If the plan isn't delivered in that window, I keep working at no additional cost until it is.
